Two decades back, when the company came into being, it was named as Malabar constructions. The company did complete some major road and bridge works on behalf of Public Works Dept.of Kerala Government. Later, in 2016, the company received a new name, Azcon Constructions and Properties Pvt Ltd. Under the stewardship of P A ASHRAF, Managing Director, it started flying to new heights and new directions.

Inspired by the trust and reputation gained after the timely and successful completion of allotted projects at relatively lesser cost, Azcon started expanding its functional area. Located at Thrissur, Kerala, the company confidently took up larger construction assignments like building hospitals, academic institutions and commercial complexes of reputed groups and brands in and around Kerala. Successful completion of those projects added unwavering credibility to the brand name, Azcon. Keeping quality, credibility and strength as the motto, Azcon built structures across Kerala, which stand now as strong testimonials to the company’s mettle.

Steeling the hearts
Now Azcon comes up with a new addition to its ventures; Azcon steel building constructions! Compared to the average 30 years life of concrete buildings, the steel buildings will have an extensive life of beyond 120 years. Besides, the time taken for the construction will also be lesser than that of concrete buildings. An expansive steel building could be erected in just six months’ time with no major difference in construction cost. Later, when it is needed, it would be easier to renovate the building at a lesser cost.

Society is the base where we all lay our strong basements and erect our lives as we wish. It is our responsibility to keep the fabric of this society strong and intact as any damage happens may endanger our very lives. Azcon consciously takes efforts to strengthen the socio, economic and ecological texture of this society. Azcon provides job opportunities for the deserved and also has vowed not to pose any damage to the ecology. Besides, we extend our care to the less fortunate and help them to come upfront.
